Most agents take a transactional approach to sales. They farm areas via mail & postcards, they buy leads from Zillow, Redfin, etc., they use newspaper ads or buy targeted ads online & many still cold call! When they get a client, they work the deal, close the deal & then move on to the next deal. We think you deserve more than that & that's why we chose to use relational marketing, or working by referral.

Working by referral is another term for old-fashioned "word of mouth". Since our primary source of new business is referrals from people who know & trust us, we don't have to spend time prospecting & promoting ourselves - no ads, no cold calls, no paying for leads. We can dedicate ourselves fully to servicing our clients.
